Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All packages will be shipped via DHL and handed over to the local postal service for final delivery (e.g. USPS in the U.S.). Tracking information will be provided for most destinations.
Estimated shipping times (from dispatch, not order placement):
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- USA: 10–14 business days
- Australia: 20–35 business days
- Rest of the world: Approximately 14 business days
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order, and the selected service level.
Customs, duties, and import taxes. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, duties or import taxes incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and vary by country.
Risk of loss. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. For consumers within the meaning of Sec. 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or comparable mandatory consumer protection laws, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the product passes to the consumer only upon actual delivery of the product to the consumer (Sec. 475(2) BGB), unless the consumer has independently commissioned a transport company or other person not named by us.
Lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at x@xnor.tech within 14 days of the indicated delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
